Just Walk
So the day has finally come. It has been anticipated more then birthdays, Christmas, and probably the start of school. The 28th of December, a date in history that has never had as much meaning to us until now; the day, Encounter09: Christ the Truth, begins. With every school in the mid south region rushing to a city which also never has had as much meaning to us until now; Greensboro, NC.
Even though I have been to Encounter before, I don’t know what to expect. Truthfully, it is different for everyone, everytime. We are all coming from different places. Cities, yes, but different homes, parents, friends, social circles, spiritual highs, spiritual mediums, spiritual lows. This is the true beauty of Christ, he is pulling us all together by meeting us were we are right now.
The best encouragement I have recieved this year was from my campus staff, saying, The best thing you can do is walk with the Lord, just walk with him and he will be glorified.
So as we all check into our rooms, greet long lost project friends, and encounter him through the lessons; just walk with him, just walk.
